The technicians did an amazing job power washing our house and cleaning the windows. They were very careful and respectful of the property as they moved the equipment around the house. The work was completed quickly and the house is sparkling clean. The clean windows give me an optimistic outlook on life! I've used ASF Clean Team before and I'll surely use them again.

ASF Clean Team was efficient, thorough, and made good choices on when to wash by hand.  They did my solar panels and then all my windows on the outside and some of the windows on the inside.  A few windows were hard to get to but they used ladders and even went on a roof to wash a few of them.  They also were neat and careful to not make any messes inside.

I hired ASF Clean Team for gutter cleaning and repairs. The service agreement included cleaning the entire gutter system and flushing/testing the gutters and downspouts. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond and would like to clarify the timeline and context to ensure a complete and accurate understanding of the situation. After the gutter cleaning and repair service was completed in September 2025, your concerns regarding remaining debris were communicated to our team on the same day. In line with our standard quality assurance process, we conducted an internal review of the job, including crew notes and before-and-after documentation, prior to coordinating any return visit. Once this review was completed, we proceeded in good faith and offered to arrange a follow-up inspection to further assess and address the concerns raised. Over the following period, our team made multiple efforts to coordinate a return visit in order to resolve the matter on-site. Unfortunately, a follow-up inspection was not completed. During this time, communication remained ongoing between both parties, and the account remained open until June 2026, when the matter was ultimately resolved through a mutually agreed settlement. As part of that resolution, ASF Clean Team also provided goodwill consideration, including waiving late fees and agreeing to a reduced final amount to close the account fairly and amicably. The final payment was received on June 12, 2026, and the account was officially closed. We believe it is important that the full context and resolution are reflected, including the repair work completed beyond the original scope, the internal review process, the repeated efforts to schedule a follow-up visit, and the final mutual agreement reached to conclude the matter. ASF Clean Team is committed to delivering reliable service and standing behind our work, and situations like this do not reflect the standards we strive to uphold. We always aim to address concerns promptly and fairly and to ensure every client feels supported throughout the process. We have used ASF for gutters and window cleaning many times over the last several years.  They have always been great.  No matter which crew is sent they have all been friendly and thorough. They have always gone above and beyond.  They won't leave until they know you are satisfied with work.  Highly recommended.

jessie and his buddy were really good at what they do they did every window by hand and the bottom and top of the wood. they were polite and helpful and did a prefect job. A great way to start my spring cleaning things then the office gave me a discount

The views out the windows of my home are so much better. The front stairs look great too and the team was wonderful to work with when I pointed out a few spots that needed some additional work. ASF Clean Team did a wonderful job with my gutters! My specific team were Cal and Tom. They showed up early, got to work right away, and let me know of some places my gutters could use improvement. They did a thorough job cleaning up the fallen leaf debris all around the exterior of the building. Overall excellent experience and looking forward to the next time! Thank you

They showed up on time, communication was excellent, work performed was exactly as agreed and priced competitively. They have followed up several times with reminders to clean my gutters again but so far they do not need it.
